April Fool hoax, surely. The rumoured 135mm f/1.2 lens is the giveaway. Nobody's ever made a 135mm f/1.2, not even Nikon in the days when they were making all kinds of weird and extreme things (6mm 220° fisheye, 300mm f/2, 2000mm mirror, etc) just to show off that they could.
