The 300f2.8L would be my choice, great image quality, but it's expensive and heavy. I've also used the 400f5.6 which is cheaper and lighter, but not as good.

Do you mean "Canon Motor Sport?" as the R and T are quite close to each other 
If so, 300f2.8 would be ideal if you've the budget. If not, 100-400L? Not awfully slow, great IQ, IS and fast focusing.
