Hi all
I have just bought the above printer and I’m having a couple of issues - I wonder if this is common and if I’m expecting too much? It cost me £160 from curry’s. I am on my 2nd unit After returning the first.
The issue is that on each print I make, I can see very very thin but noticeable lines across the full width of the page, spaced about 1cm apart. It is ruining the images IMO.
I took the first printer back because I thought it was that unit that had a fault but the replacement is doing exactly the same.
Is this common? Am I expecting too much from this printer or indeed a printer of this price.
Secondly the 2nd printer has printed the same image much darker than it was printed by the first. Is there anything I can do to correct that?
