Canon PIXMA MG7751

My current Canon MP620 died this afternoon with what sounds a terminal B200 error.

Looking around PC World, Amazon, Ebay etc, I have found the MG7751 seems to fit the bill.

Has anyone got good or bad feedback on this. It'll mainly be for printing emails, 6x4 and A4 prints.

I have this printer, it's done alright for me. The printer head did get blocked a while back (from lack of use), but i removed it and used a print head cleaner on it and fine now. Once a week I'll print out a small colour chart, just to keep the head free from blockage.
