Canon Professional Network - Joining?

I have a Canon 5d Mkiii body and a 7D body and EF appropriate lenses. I filled in the boxes (email / Country) on the Canon CPN website and clicked "submit" and I expected a form to fill in - instead nothing happened - do they reply by email or?

Sounds like it crashed, there is quite a lot to fill in including all canon gear, serial numbers and what not. Then it tells you if you were accepted and at what level.
