Canon R5 problem

My R5 has been working faultlessly for 3 moths, now the rear screen is blank and the view finder view is vastly overly bright. Anyone had this before and can advise what to do to rectify it.

It doesn't sound like a user repair situation. I'd want it looked at and replaced
