As per title really and what's your opinions of the camera?

Not used the S90, but can highly recommend the S95. Bought one to "pocket" before a recent trip to Asia - glad I did. Fantastic and versatile little piece of kit.

Cheers, Mark

Got an S90, and it's a great carry-round camera. Can't fault it.

If you can live without the HD recording of the S95 then it's a no-brainer :)

I have had the S90 and now have a s95. Both cameras produce pretty stunning image quality and i am very happy with mine. They have a natty lens ring that lets you change parameters and it's very small so slips in the pocket easily. The s95 has some good extra features compared to the s90 but if you just want a great cheap camera for taking great images then get the s90.

Here are images taken with both cameras: Click Here

Yup, had my S90 for a year and just bought the S95 - annoyingly, handling-wise (but not physically) I find the S90 more user friendly. However I want the HD video so I'm sticking with the S95. Both are great cameras and highly recommended. Just so much in a small package (and no lens cap!)
The S90 will be on sale here soon!!;)

Heh, was thinking of getting the S95 mainly for the HD video myself so may well be touting my S90 here too :D

I got an S90 in May and love it. Great quality pics. Love the lens ring to.

All sounds positive and I'm not concerned about video .... Excellent! and thanks everyone

Another big up for the S90. Got one (from Kerso) as a pocket cam (my other being the 5Dmk2). Loads of manual control options if you want them (I do) or it will behave like a standard compact if you don't (wife mode*).

The only minor criticism I have of it is that the way I hold it, one of my fingers often finds itself under the pop-up flash. Can't seem to get used to it and remember not to hold it there for some reason. Other than that, its great.

*No offence intended to any female/spouse 'toggers intended but my nearest and dearest only cares about the shutter button.
