Canon Speedlite 270EX II Flashgun.

Would this Flash be Adequate for 24-105L and 70-300L lenses, on A 5D Mk III.

Sure it would, but the power is limited, so depends what you need it for.

Just for General use nothing fancy like Studio use etc.

At what distance? Indoors or out? Flash runs out of puff very quickly with distance, especially outdoors. 270EX won't be up to much over 15ft. though it's great for close-ish stuff like people and small groups, even a bit of bouncing in a smallish room, plus is has high speed sync.

But for anything more serious, you need something bigger. There's no such thing as a flash gun with too much power.
