Hi does the Canon Tele converter's work with all canon lens's ??
 
No, generally speaking it's L primes over 100mm and L zooms with the long end 200mm or more.

OK thx will be getting a 70 - 200 f4 and was thinking if I could use with other lens's but no problem would a 1.4 or a 2.0 x be better ?

a 1.4x and a 2x work fine with the 70-200 f4. Bear in mind that the 2x takes you to f8 and so you lose autofocus on all but the xxD and XXXD range.
 
The 2x will probably we a step too far for a 70-200/4, not to mention that you won't have auto-focus available.

Stick with the 1.4x and you'll be fine.

Works with my 24-105mm L IS USM too and 50mm f/1.8. The only lens I've used with a TC that hasn't worked was the Sigma 18-200 I used to have.

Nope the 1.4x doesn't work with the 24-105. The rear element of the lens doesn't fit the TC.
 
I can confirm that the 1.4 works just fine with 70-200 F4, autofocus is a little slower in low light, and you lose a tiny bit of IQ, but it's still a good combination.
