Canon Tripod rings

Hi guys
I am trying to work out what rings work with what lenses. There seems no central place where the info is laid out, unless digitalpicture has it, but that site is down currently.

Ignoring colour, here is what I can make out.

AII - 200mm f2.8 mk I & II, 70-200 f4.0 IS and non-IS, 300 f4 IS, 400 f5.6
B - 100mm f2.8 macro (non-IS), MPE 65mm, 180mm f3.5 macro
C - 70-300 f4-5.6 L
D - 100mm f2.8 macro IS

Any omissions?

The prices are of course disgusting, as is the fact that the new macro doesn't take "B".

The 70-200 f4 and the 300 f4 IS use a different ring. I think the 300 f4 non IS uses the same ring as the 70-200 f4s.

When I got my 300f4IS i tried my ring on my 70-200f4 and it does not fit

Can confirm the same one fits the 400mm f/5.6 and 70-200 f/4 IS, also don't think it fits the 300mm f/4 IS

Surpriingly difficult info to get hold of as Johnathon said, best I could do was from another forum dated 2004 have added what I know from my ring
