Canon 'weather sealed lenses'

I'm looking at a new lens, I currently have the 28-105 F3.5-4.5 which I'm fairly happy with, its a touch long on my 20D but very good on my EOS-3. Now as the EOS3 is weather sealed I wa wondering which canon fit lenses are also weather sealed which would allow me to go out an play confidently in most of the british weather. I had been thinking of something longer for the EOS-3 so current thought are something like the 70-200 f4L, but I believe only the IS version is sealed.

can someone educate me please?
 
17-40 F4L is weather sealed if you like landscapes
as are...
24-70 F2.8L
24-105 F4L
70-200 L (IS versions only)

among many others. Helps if you give us a focal range and a budget.
 
Budget would be about £4-500 and I'm not sure if to replace the 28-105mm or look longer (hence looking at the 70-200) . Do any 3rd parties do sealed lenses?
 
Buy a waterproof cover, then it doesn't matter. I have an Optech rainsleeve which is perfect for those 'emergency' moments.
