Canon's 300mm f2.8 IS ii has just blown my mind

Had the chance to shoot on Canon's newest 300mm 2.8 and I've never seen sharpness like it. Ignore the subject, just check out that detail!

Shot on a 5d3, f2.8, 1/2000th of a second, ISO 2000.
