Canvas print from Outlook images. Not happy.

I ordered myself a canvas print from Outlook images and it came today. but I am not happy ::shake:
Here is why:

The black is not black for sure. The canvas on the left is one I bought from somewhere else(but I guess I'll be going back to them..).Also is it just me or is this pixelation:

I'm in between cameras at the moment so the photos aren't great. I'm using my wifes P&S at the moment. Below is the same size image of the other print. Not sure how helpful these images are...

Actually the image I sent them is still here. It's 16 megs!

Anyway. I don't think I'll be going back there. Can anyone recommend someone else?

You might want to resize your first image in thread too - forum rules are that they must be no larger than 800pix on longest edge :)
 
Looks like it has a cyan tinge to it - common fault with inkjet printers without the right calibration. I'd be sending it back / demanding a refund to be honest.

It also looks to be lacking contrast and vibrance on the colour from the monitors here?
 
Thanks I'll definitely have a look at ILS.

The whole thing is rubish to be honest. I've fired off an email to them to see what can be arranged in terms of sending it back. Thanks Lee
 
It is very disappointing to pay and receive something that is not up to your expectations. I hope they make things right. I dont think it is pixelation though, it is the weave of the canvas.
