Capsid(?) and Robber Fly

Found this robber fly in the conservatory the other day, funny little chap as he was very docile but if you got too close he'd wave his front legs at you:

And spotted this little chap on the wheelie bin tonight, possibly a Capsid approx 4mm long, lovely muted coulours:
