Carrion Crow

They're really good shots - I've been trying to get some for a project recently, and it's much harder than you think!
 
They have always been ugly looking "buggers" - Crows I mean

as usual, good shots Mick, you have brought out the colours in the bird very well

I have had a thing about bright green lately, maybe it is because all the grass is dead out here

Cheers, yes all corvids are difficult as they so nervous in there nature? I feed local ones as much as I can which makes them a little less flighty as long as I don't make any sudden movements?

Not an easy bird to make look good, but you've managed it here Mick, nice work.

Not too keen on the first as the head is merging into the body, but I really like 2 and 3 - makes him look proud with the low angle and the raised head. Excellent control of the blacks.
