Carry Speed FS-PRO Camera Sling Strap

Watch out, apparently they dont fit the D600 or 800 due to wider base. EDIT I see youre looking at the folding plate, not sure about this one.

I note that there is a seller on ebay carrying these products.

The mounting plate looks an excellent idea and certainly seems to overcome some of the shortcomings of the black rapid and q-strap.

Hopefully some TP'er has experience of these, as I'd like to have an option, on real world use.
 
The guy selling on Ebay supplies the C-3 plate, not folding. This plate doesnt work with the D6/800.

I was recently scouring the web for one of these. I contacted Carry Speed and they forwarded me on to the German distributor. For the money, I decided to buy it on Ebay (there's a seller selling the FS Slim with a F-1 folding plate for £43), so I bought that.

I have it fitted to my D7000 without any issues, the base plate fits perfectly and I have no issues with it hitting anything. It certainly looks a much better system than the Q straps or BR7 due to the fact that the camera itself sits perfectly flush against your hip. It doesn't move and it doesn't bang about when walking, which is super. I was thinking of doing a proper review on the site, as nobody seems to have heard about them, if anyone wants that - let me know!

Just bit the bullet and brought a fs-slim off ebay.

Emailed Carry Speed customer service to enquire about the C3 and D600.

Here is the reply -

"Dear Customer,

We are not sure about that. You can purchase our latest C4 plate which is compatible to all cameras."
 
Just got one of these, it's fantastic! Really impressed.
