I am a wedding photographer and sometimes we (me and my wife) shoot video as well. Often we have to carry lighting gear and softboxes, slider, etc.

I am looking for a utility cart/wagon... I have come across a cart which I think would be awesome for my purposes: http://www.amazon.com/Folding-Utility-Sports-Wagon-Multicolors/dp/B00TM27VUO

Do you use something similar? What would you recommend? What do you use to carry your gear?

If it manages a third of the claimed load, I'll be extremely surprised. I'll also guess it will be pretty useless on gravel or loose surfaces (car parks and paths between car and venue) judging by those wheels.

I'd look for a folding sack barrow and two or three rigid plastic crates. Something with wide golf trolley style wheels if you can find one.

^ I use one of those for the allotment, we're on our second in five years and have already cannibalised the first to maintain the second - but we give it very hard use. It will go into a hatchback with the rear seats down and the handle detached from the trolley, but it takes up a lot of space and it's awkward to get over a boot sill.

This is the first time I've heard 'my wife' referred to as a 'cart or wagon'. She won't be impressed when she finds out.
