I've looked at the larger one and that doesn't grab me any more than this one.
If you wanted a painted look to the image then I think you've got it. The lack of fine detail in the ground particularly does that but it is one aspect i don't like. The other thing that bothers me is the main subject building has another distant building coming out of its roof and confusing things. Because the subject is confusing i find myself looking around and noticing the sensor dust in the sky instead.

Not a problem - and thanks for the heads up on the sensor dust - that's laptop screens for you - have cleaned it up a little on the large version now. It certainly has more PP on a colour shot than I would usually do. The golden morning light was just about to be swept away by a tropical storm that was to my right as I took that shot, so the image for me is all about colour and light. But hell - if I could please everybody, I wouldn't be much of an artist!
