What card would you recommend to use in a canon 40d? Currently have a Kingston 4th but every few photos it comes up with picture cannot be viewed or something like this.
We have had trouble with the Kingston cards in our 20d.
Wonder if i would be better using sandisk?
 
Try formatting it in the camera if you haven't already done so

Otherwise Sandisk are reliable, just make sure you get it from a reputable retailer otherwise could be a fake especially from Ebay

Iv'e been using the new 30mb 4GB Ultra and seems fine, bought mine from Premier Ink who were speedy in sending and reasonably priced. Got a couple of Extreme III as well and they are equally good albeit dearer, better enviromental protection I believe
 
I use the Integral CF's and have never had a problem with them.
Can be had pretty cheap from here
 
Sandisk extreme III are fine and I've not had a problem with them buffering up either
