I'm sorry if this has already been covered!
Where do people get their cf cards from? I have a 7d and I shoot raw+jpeg and I only get about 150 shots on a 4gb card.

I looked on eBay and saw Kingston cards very cheap, is there a reason for this?
Any other cheaper places to get them from

I get mine from Amazon, have a selection of Sandisk Ultra, and some Transcend Mostly 16GB now though I have a couple of 8GB's You would get more shots by just shooting RAW, ou can always convert the Raw's to Jpegs on your computer later, unless you have a pressing need for instant Jpegs to send off to someone.

I get most of my stuff from mymemory. They tend to have good deals every now and then, so worth checking back from time to time.

Pretty much all my cards are Sandisk. I had a few issues with the Kingston cards I have though.
 
I would say my memory or 7 day shop, ebay! a large percentage ime are fake!
 
I got all my from Jessops and only purchased genuine high grade Sandisk Extreme Pro when they were on offer. Be very careful when buying cheap cards!!

Be very careful when buying any card lol they can all fail. My Sandisk Extreme Pro failed on Saturday.
 
Iv heard its better to shoot with lots of small discs rather than a few large ones in case one fails you not loose so much,

And about shooting just raw, my computers painfully slow so it's easier to just checks which photo is which by checking the Jpegs rather than converting the raws if you understand what I mean
