CF Memory

yep I have 2 16gb ones. can't complain, especially for video on my 7d

Good make, I've the Extreme III version and have been very pleased with them, those are the new version of what was the Extreme IV - faster as well (60MB/s compared to the 45MB/s of the IV).

I just got the 8GB version, I'm not seeing 60MB/s on my D300s, I'm only managing to buffer about 17 raws (or 40odd JPEGs).

I think I read a card roundup that basically showed the D300s transfer rates aren't as quick as the 7D's, your mileage may vary...not sure I can blame the card.

They seem to be doing well on my D300s I'll run a test when I get a few mins and take a look. But I will say the Extreme is much faster than the Extreme III and IV's I have

If you can tell me your buffer on raw (no active D-lighting, noise reduction, etc) I'd appreciate it :)

Just found this card for £102.12 Inc VAT! Here ok it's a site for cannon but I'll slum it if you will!

SCRAP THAT! Just found this on Jessops site at £79! No way that's the right price these are £109 at store! Click here

Bah, thanks I guess for pointing that out, I was trying to save money :bonk:

After JESSOPS5 code and quidco that's what? £70? and I just bought an 8GB for £45...

Do quidco pay you for their discount via a subscription?

Just bought the 16gb from Jessops for £75.

Will test it tonight.

get yourself a bargain off there web site.

By the way you can not use the Jessops5 code and the quidco together.

But £75 pounds compared to the £110 in store price is the business.
