CF Speed

It should relate to around 90mbs so it is a good speed I would suggest Lexar or Sandisk.
 
The speed of the card doesn't matter a jot if the speed of your camera writing to it is fixed at a lower speed. I would check your camera specifications to find out how fast your camera can write to the card and buy an appropriate card to match, otherwise your wasting your money.
60ms cards should be fine for your 7D

Is the right answer, coupled to how you'll be using it, how big your buffer is. Obviously if you take one shot every 20 secs it doesn't matter, if you've a large buffer but shoot enormous raw files on rapid shot, then it matters a lot.

The other advantage to a faster card is download to the PC, but lets be honest, when you've shot 800-1000 or more then is that one coffee or two... (do you feel lucky punk) :D
 
a small premium is worth over speccing, for future cameras, but not too much, it might use different card, or be way cheaper in future :-)
