Right, I took about 18 shots in about 30seconds of this sexy little bird, they were all dire.

Both crops and had sharpening done :/

Also, this is an orignal, I presume the light thing on the left is the light, I hope it's not my lens

Don't look too bad to me.

From the exif.... 1/100th seems a bit slow for 200mm - I'd try increasing the iso. Oh and getting a bit nearer

The 'shadow' in the last one looks like something near the lens very out of focus. net curtain? your hand?
