I've even looked on the PDF manual that came with it for the first time... no luck:lol:

Have looked control panel, display, settings but don't seem to be able to find anything ..... am i being a complete numpty?

Thanks

Anna

Could do with a little more info:

What is the PC? (Or if you know what the graphics card is, skip that question)

What version of Windows are you running? XP?

Do you have Photoshop installed?

oh dear this sounds like it might get technical!

its a toshiba A110-252 (model PSAB2E 007006AV), windows XP home ed and i have photoshop cs3.

Thanks!

Generally laptop screens run at a fixed colour temp and there is no way to change it. One of the reasons that makes calibrating them very tricky :(

Bummer! oh well, at least it gives me something to blame my crappy photos on;)

I'll add a new pc to the list of "photography things i need to buy"....:(

You could always add an external monitor and calibrate that
