Hi guys,
I want to start printing off some of my shots (roughly 80-100) in A4 to get them in a binder as a portfolio/keepsake, But im strugling even with google to get any cheapish prices for A4, or any prices for that size full stop.
All I keep getting is 'GET 50 FREE PRINTS' from hundreds of companies and they are all 6x4 ratio ones, so no help what so ever to me.
Do any of you guys and girls have good yet cheap printing suppliers you use personally?

And after all the time I've been a member of these forums, I have only just noticed the printing and presentation section.
Could a MOD please accept my apologies and Delete this thread, I found my answer over there.
Thanking you.

DSCL.

Another vote for DSCL for cheap prints.

However, of it is a portfolio aimed at getting you work I'd probably aim a bit higher than a folder of A4 prints in plastic wallets.

Another suggestion would be to look at 8x12 prints rather than A4, as the aspect ratio should be the same as images straight out of the camera, whereas A4 may need cropping.

I was recommended DCSL by the folks here a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely spot on for what I wanted at a third of the price I pay my usual supplier.

Sorry about the late reply to this thread.

Thanks for all your comments and suggestions, in the end i went with DSCL as I have seen prints from them. And even though they are the cheapest they look fantastic.
I uploaded 84 shots and finalised my order at 1.30pm Friday after noon, Got an email at 3.40pm to say they had been printed and dispatched, and they arrived at 9.00am Saturday morning. Less than 21 hours between ordering and having the shots in my hand.
And all this for less than £60, not bad. Not bad at all.

My only grumble is that even though the shots were cropped to A4 and printed at A4, they have still cropped all the sides slightly. So have lost part of my watermark on some.
