Cheap bridge camera advice please

I used to be a keen photographer years ago, I had a Pentax Me super and all the goodies.

I bought my first digital camera some time ago a Fuji A330 and for a point and shoot, gives very good results but would like to have more control so I need a camera with manual settings,something on the lines of my old pentax.

Dslr cameras are way out of my price range so I have been looking at bridge cameras, I have had my eye on a fuji finepix s5600 going on Ebay for around £55 can anyone give me some good alternatives to have a look at?

What is your actual budget?

At my last college when I was doing a photography course they used to hand us a s5600 if we forgot our cameras that day and they are pretty nifty. What sort of photography do you do?

A bit of everything really but mainly family. I would probably use point and shoot when photographing people or animals but when doing static (patient) subjects I would like to use manual. The s5600 is looking favourite at the moment and the price is right on ebay too.

I tend to do more video than still photography, I enjoy the editing as much as the filming.

I have noticed in the specs that the s5600 has an electronic viewfinder, is there a way to focus this,as my eyes I not what they used to be?
