Cheap filters?

Yes
Having just bought a new lens, I'm rather out of pocket besides some money I'm expected to spend on driving lessons. Because of this, I'm quite tempted to buy this, a cheap set of filters and basically all I need to get started (if they're usable)

I know you get what you pay for and expect them to be terrible but will they be so terrible that they're unusable? I'm wanting to get more involved with landscape photography and my new lens is the first step towards this while filters will be the next. Should I just wait or will this cheap set give me an idea of what filters I'll use most etc.

I understand some of you will want to shoot me for suggesting this btw

Wait, these aren't even Cokin as the advert wants to imply.
Rough filters will give rough results and that won't help you improve your photography.
Get a good basic system and add to it as you can.

Will a cheap holder do the job though? then just get some alright filters such as the Hitech ones?
