Cheap Nikon Digital body but which one?

Just picked up a cheap Film Nikon its a F75 in mint condition with two Nikon lenses a 70-300 1:4.5-5.6G and a 28-100 1:35-5.6G
Now I am tempted to sell the lot and buy another lens for our Canon 300d, or what body should I buy for the Nikon and use that instead?
Help me choose please my heads hurting

You'll need one with a built in focus motor, so the cheapest would be a D50 or D70. You should pick up a D50 for about £150.
The lenses aren't worth much, the 70-300 can be bought brand new for about £70, so an old used one is worth peanuts.
Why not just get into film and use the f75. Would be a good learning experience!
