Cheap stand for reflector

Looking for a sturdy-ish stand, and attachment to hold a reflector.

I'm looking to spend no more than £20. Where is the best place to get one? Please provide some links, as I don't normally use flash too much, so don't really know what I'm looking for as a search term.

At £20 you will only have enough for ebay cheap stands. Maybe look at the classifeds here!
