Does anyone have any experience with this tablet? http://www.amazon.co.uk/A1CS-FUSION5-XTRA-Tablet-Capacitive/dp/B008DQSL7W/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1353337610&sr=1-1

I dont know anything about specs or details, so could someone maybe tell me if this would be ok for viewing photos on the go or possibly to use it with an app to control a D3100?

Am toying with the idea of a tablet but do not want to spend big this side of xmas, also thinking it could be good for a present from santa for my 11yr old if it can't be used for photos.

Any thoughts anyone please?

what about this?

Its cheaper and has the same processor power and ram. Has a smaller HD but takes and SD card so could take pics on your camera and load the high res jpegs onto the card after processing and put the card into the tablet and display them the the customer

Looks okay. However for photos I would suggest getting one with an Ips panel.

Have a look on hot UK deals there us a post on getting the Samsung 10 inch one for about £40 more, with cash back.

have you heard about the google nexus 10? its a little more money but it has a higher resolution that the new ipad.

We have some old HP touchpads here that are great, once you put android on them

Is your phone contract due soon as I had a deal with phones 4u and had a Galaxy tab 2 for £50.00 and the contract was only £26.00 a mth

Saw these earlier... IPS panel, seems like good spec speed wise and expandable with SD card. 7" for £90 seems like a good deal.

Have to say I've got a nexus, which also has 7" screen and it's great for multimedia, ebooks and photos, but for web browsing a 10" screen does have the edge (wife's got an ipad2)
