Cheapo ballhead for my Gorillapod

Guys, I was told this was good value for money but the seller has ended the auction and won't return my emails so I'm having to look somewhere else.

I just need a ballhead for my Gorillapod to take away next Tuesday and don't want to spend much -maximum about £20 hopefully...any ideas?
 
Does it need to be a quick-release type? That normally pushes the price up a bit. Personally, when I've got my gorillapod I just use a small basic Cullmann ballhead and leave it screwed to the bottom of the camera.
 
Preferably a quick-release, yep. I've got a three-way pano head upstairs that could go on it but I'd much sooner whack a ballhead on there.
 
i was also going to suggest the Joby one, I got one at christmas when Amazon had them for about £18. very good for the money.
 
What brand is your three way?

I know you want something cheap but I would suggest getting the cheapest ball head of the same brand. That way you have two identical quick release systems making interchanging between heads far easier.

I had a three way and then went for a lightweigh ball head and decided to get another Manfrotto for just that reason.

It's a Velborn tripod but there won't be much interchanging going on as I plan on flogging that tripod and getting myself a decent one when the need arises. Thanks grum, I'll grab that one today and hopefully have it by next Monday. :thumbs:
