I was lucky enough to witness a Cheetah stalk,chase and kill on my recent trip to the Mara.

I was totally unprepared for the chase hence the poor shots (not easy trying to capture a Cheetah at full sprint)

#1 The three brothers were out just patrolling territory

#2 One of the brothers noticed something

Normaly Cheetahs strangle their prey but on this occasion they decided to eat the Thompsons Gazelle alive, not nice but it is nature.

Cracking sequence well caught :clap:

Fantastic shots there :clap::clap::clap:

Excellent shots, a little more dangerous than my wildlife shots (I've only done squirrels so far :))

Stunning set Notch. I was lucky enough to see a cheetah hunting lesson (mum, 2 cubs and a baby Thompson) on the Mara in September. Must get pics up at some point
