Well I have now processed two shots lol This is the second.

Tiger.

It was quiet hard to find a spot which looked as natural as possible ..!
The stare seemed to help the shot imho.

The tiger is magnificent, what a catch! :)
Personally I would have cropped a couple of centimetres from the bottom but other than that it's a very good shot me thinks.
 
great shot, and I think you've done well with background, I would like to see a crop of the head alone which as you've said is asking the question ' you looking at me '
 
I'm liking that one Dave, No sign of enclosure (y)
 
Cheers guys it is already a slight crop as I was only using a sigma 70-200 2.8
I will crop it some more and see what it looks like.

Well done mate. The Tiger enclosure at Chester is really awkward for shots as I remember.

I suppose Pikeman was off looking for the squirrel enclosure?:p

Superb shot perfect timing getting the stare:)
I assume you took it through the glass, very good pp
I hope you dont mind me asking how you got the colours looking right and how you sharpened it :)
I struggle getting decent results through that glass

Shot through the fence matey.. " To the left of the glass as you look at it"

So nothing fancy with the processing..

Nice shot mate, it is hard to get good shots from chester zoo tigers you have done well young skywalker :LOL:
