Was going through some old pics and came across these, they were taken somewhere near chichester sometime last year.

With all the talk of mono shots recently thought I would have a little go myself, would be good to hear what you think?

It probably didn't need the shades to be honest ? And with a limited DoF setting perhaps a bit more foreground ...imo of course !

Shouldn't there be a lady in the first shot ;-)

Boxes are too light, try using selective channels.

2nd one is quite good actually. I like the reflection in the right lens.
 
That 2nd shot made me smile & great range of tones...good conversion

Was just a bit of playing around really to see what sort of effects I could achieve.
