Ive had my D60 for 2 years and have avoided upgrading until i know photography is something i was going to follow with a passion.
Im now studying for a degree in photography and find that the lack of features on my D60 are becoming more apparent than before so I think it might be time to upgrade.
Whilst ill still be keeping my D60 as a back up I want something that will produce better images and work better at high ISO. I have approx £1000 to spend and already have several lenses so that amount will go soley on a body (and mabe a grip)
Been readiung up on the D90, D300s and D700 at dpreview.com and they all sound excellent cameras. I aminly shoot landscapes, sports (indoor) and am starting to take more and more portraits.
I think all 3 cameras mentioned have excellent features and im sure i would love any of them but i also want to future proof myself as my skills grow. basically i want to have a camera that I wont feel like i need to upgrade again in 12 months lol!!
Main things I want is better ISO performance, live view, an onboard focus motor and a better focusing system. HD video would be a bonues but not hugely important.
Are there any forumites out there who have any of the 3 listed above willing to give me some feedback on the usability and funcitionailty of these bodies to help my decisions?
