Hello all,
I am after suggestions for my kit bag when shooting motorsports.
Before the season starts in full I will have:-
- Canon 7D
- Sigma 120-300 f2.8 OS
- 1.4x TC (undecided on canon or sigma)
- 2.0x TC (undecided on canon or sigma)
There are occasions when i require focal length shorter than 120mm. For example when shooting at Brands Hatch you can get quite close to the action.
Originally I was thinking of going for a 70-200 f4 IS. But having thought a bit more, ive started looking at the 24-105 L F4.
This would not just be used for shooting track action, but also pits/garages/ stands etc. I started thinking that the 24-105L would be useful in more situations than just the track, and that it would serve the walkabout lens purpose too.
So what do you think? 70-200 L or 24-105 L? or do you have any other suggestions that are worth considering?
Thank you
