Was sat on the balcony last night and heard a chopper coming by so thought it'd be a good chance to practise photographing "stuff" in the air before Waddington! Never shot helicopters and the like before so if anyone has any tips on how to improve then they'd be appreciated. Unfortunately not the best light as these were taken at around 9pm if I remember correctly... glad I got some blur though.

Yeh shame really... the heliport is about 50m from the apartment and see a fair few during the day but that late on there isn't many so didn't have camera near by... heard it coming and grabbed and aimed as quick as I could :LOL:

I was just happy I nailed the motion blur really. Think they were about 1/100 at nearly 300mm.
