Christchurch harbour Dorset.

I'm sorry - I don't like this. I can't seem to let my eye settle. There doesn't seem to be a focus of the image.
There are a lot of horizontal barriers, the burned grass in the foreground to the greener grass, the horses, then the water, beach huts, land in the background and the washed out sky. It's almost like there are two photographs, some beautiful horses grazing, and the view out to the harbour.
Sorry it's just not for me, but ain't that the beauty of photography - it's all about opinions

I'm not going to disagree with the previous comments but I can see potential.
You have some nice layers going on there with the foreground horses, the huts and then the cliff. Think you just needed to get closer to a particular horse for it to stand out as the subject.
