it's very hard to get a decent compo as there are a lot of building around this area

Nice shot! I like it, a lot! Is it a de-saturated HDR by any chance?

Thanks yamahapaul it is a hdr converted to mono in cs3 using a yellow filter
I pushed the contrast in the foreground a tad far I think
