Love the sponsership on the Scooby in the second picture. I like the last one the effect draws you to the car.
It would be nice to avoid the "rabbit caught in the headlights" effect of the night shots. Are those disks glowing red in #2? If so I wonder if you could have lowered the flash, maybe upped the ISO and tried to make a feature of the glowing disks? Or maybe they are just red calipers and I am talking rubbish.

I got it off another forum:-
select the edge of the car (or the part you don't want blurred) with the lasso tool.
-inverse the selected area (so the background is selected and the car isn't)
-select the radial blur from filter>blur>radial blur
-select the zoom method, and the amount you want.
-then I played around with the colours and satuation of the image
