No, I don't do HDR. All of my cityscapes are single exposures. The Paris one was taken (clandestinely) with a tripod (since you are not allowed to use them on the Arc de Triomphe) used as a monopod. I did have to do use quite a few graduated filters and so on in Lightroom to even out the bright parts and the dark parts.
