claiming canon cashback

Can anyone help. I bought a canon compact a couple of weeks ago and want to claim the cashback of £60 - I can't seem to find anywhere on the Canon site to fill in or a form to download to do this - any ideas?

thanks for providing the link, but the products that I can pick from to register my claim don't include the Canon A640 which was showing a £60 cash back if bought before 8th May?????
