Clarification, Prior to purchase.

Hi Guys,

I am due a pay out soon and a new camera is on the card's, Now I'm still not 100% what i am going to get and this isn't a What camera post .

I'm torn between the D3, D700 or a D300, the lenses i currently own are on the bottom of my sig.

Here's the Question,

If i did go D3/700 would the 50/1.8 85/1.8 and the 105/2.8 work fully on a FF or is it going to drop into DX mode ?

Simple - yes! They will work fully.

The Siggy 10-20 and Nikon 18-70 wont though as they are DX (cropped sensor) lenses.

I was aware of the Dx not being suitable and these will be on here for sale once i decide which way I'm going so i can get a 70-200.
