Heres a few from Stanford Hall today. The weather unfortunately unkind to us, but still a lovely array of machines turned out. I'm still getting used to my new Sony Alpha, so forgive me for the dodgy panning..

Them's some old bikes.... not sure I fancy the idea of a steam powered bike!!:eek:
 
Wow, that Vincent wouldn't look out of place on the roads even today (y)

Nice to see a couple of them with tax disks too, really bugs me when people buy these classic vehicles and then trailer them around just to show them off instead of actually using them ................
 
I think the Vincent is one of the modern bikes you can buy. Beautiful looking things and handle like a modern bike too. I love the Haleson, imagine taking that out on the roads as they were then!:love:

The thing is crazy!! 18 mph top speed with no brakes!! imagine that
