Cleaning a Dirty len's

The problem it is so dirty, can they be cleaned?

Looking threw it, it seems very dark?

Any help would be great
 
A lens service could be done but consider what the lens is worth and how much a service would cost. Also is it just dust? If there is any fungus then I would keep it away from your other kit and the glass may already be damaged. You are probably looking at about £50 for a service from what I have seen but thats more of a guess.

Is it obvious in the shots?

Can't test it, not got the ring adapter?
 
Looks more like fungus than dust tbh - I'd reckon cleaning would cost more than the lens is worth, here's a Minolta-fit version that sold on Fleabay recently
