Two thoughts

Too small

Rubbish quality

But something decent instead.
 
Have you considered the cloths that are stitched into a little pocket that has a clip? Clip onto your camera strap or belt loop and you'd struggle to lose it. They can be mildly annoying though.
 
I buy boxes of 100 individually wrapped spectacle cleaning wipes from Asda for a pound and throw a handful into my bag at a time. If the element gets dirty they are basically a wet wipe which dries almost instantly and leave no residue. Other than that, there's always my t-shirt ;0)

I use those "Spudz" things, expensive (£4-£7) but attached the camera strap they get used more often than a lens cloth I'd have to reach into my bag for.

LensPen used one for years and never a problem.
 
I don't use lens cloths on my camera lenses much at all (usually a blast from a rocket blower does the trick - the muck is almost always loose specks) but I use them on spectacles and binoculars quite regularly (those lenses get smudged with grease etc.).

I have some cloths that look the same as in your link and I think they are fine. I don't find them too small for the job and at that price, it's no problem replacing a used one with a clean one (and thereby avoiding damage by debris on the cloth). I have had, on a rare occasion, a little lint from the cut edge. I would have no qualm keeping a couple of those cloths in my camera bag, in a sealed bag, for camera lens use.
