Cleaning kit arrived, what do you think?
you might remember i froze my sensor with canned air
so after advice from the team (you guys) i bought the proper
kit and set about undoing the damage i had done.
iv used the copperhill method.

this is my sensor at 22f AV auto level in PS.

this is after the first clean


this is the last clean
 
Miles better (y) , still a few flecks about though - but big improvement :)

(BTW a blue sky would be the best background to use - tends to show anything that present much clearer than white)

LOL - its like new once again :)
 
I really should do mine soon I think. Ive got a horrible spot that's annoying me, and I can see it at f8 :(

Madpup, thats a great result, considering what it *did* look like.
Do you feel much more relaxed about it now?
 
Glad you got it sorted, it would of been a pain if you had to send it back to canon.
 
And what have you done with the can of compressed air?
 
The moron at jessops said it would'nt fit!!
so i use it to clean the keyboard
