Cleaning

I've been using my dads canon 300d for about a year but now bought my own dslr on my dads I got a bit of dust inside and you can see it on what I think is the sensor ( if you look inside this bit has the af points on it) what's the best way to clean this I've tried using a blower but it hasn't cleared it all, or is there somewhere I can take it to be cleaned and roughly how much would it cost


Thanks guys, I'm sure this question has been asked a lot but I'd like it to be clean when I give it back
