Totally agree with you, bought a Ricoh from them and had a small issue

I bought a new 70-200mm VR ll AF-S Nikkor from them yesterday - I'd give them 9/10 - only because I phoned on Wednesday and it took a prompt 24 hours later to get a return call!! If Grays had had the lens in stock they would have lost my sale!
