I had an attempt at capturing some droplet collisions. Mad myself a little siphon contraption, thinga-my-jiggy. Not quite got the hang of these ones yet!! These are a few of the better ones!

#2 and #3 for me, the lighting seems pretty spot on as well, all you need now is some milk and food dye!

I know just how you feel, I almost filled a 8 gig card with 'attempts' at this.
